Issue Diagnosis and Troubleshooting (IDT)
IDT servicing involves virtual or in person diagnosis and troubleshooting of baking/ dough/ pastry issues. The virtual process includes a client questionnaire and photos. I will request information about your challenges and I will give you my expert opinion on what might be going wrong via video session. Both are followed by solutions documented and sent to you for you to implement to see results immediately.
