Issue Diagnosis and Troubleshooting (IDT)

IDT servicing involves virtual or in person diagnosis and troubleshooting of baking/ dough/ pastry issues. The virtual process includes a client questionnaire and photos. I will request information about your challenges and I will give you my expert opinion on what might be going wrong via video session. Both are followed by solutions documented and sent to you for you to implement to see results immediately.
Who?
Bakers and business owners experiencing specific, recurring failures in their dough, pastries, or baking processes.
Why?
Immediate technical failures (e.g., "Why is my dough not rising?" or "Why is the texture inconsistent?"). It stops the waste of time and ingredients by identifying the "why" behind the failure.
How?
Available Virtual or In-Person. Virtual sessions utilize a questionnaire and photos followed by an expert video consultation. All solutions are documented and sent to the client for immediate implementation.
