The client faced a severe capital-burn crisis: having secured their lease prior to the 2020 global lockdowns, they were encumbered by years of non-operational rent. Success was predicated on an accelerated, zero-failure launch timeline to immediately offset years of deferred revenue.

This allowed for an accelerated R&D phase, delivering fully-tested, 'plug-and-play' technical formulations to the client without the logistical delays of on-site development in a newly assembled kitchen. We provided high-definition video tutorials and digital 'Technical Sheets' to ensure seamless replication by the local kitchen team, in addition to on-site training.
